Full Termite Inspection
This is a complete and thorough termite inspection of your single family residence, townhome or condominium. It includes the interior, exterior perimeter and first story eave framing, attic and subarea, if applicable. We generate a complete report, generally, the day following the inspection and email, fax or mail the report to you at your request. This inspection satisfies all requirements for the sale of a home. If there is any chemical treatment or repair work that needs to be completed to issue a clearance on the property, we provide you with a reasonable and competitive quote for the items listed in our report.
Spot Check Inspection
If you are seeing evidence of what you believe to be a termite infestation, fungus infection (dry rot) and/or damage, we inspect the areas that you suspect infestation or infection at no charge. We generate a limited report the day following the inspection and email, fax or mail the report to you at your request. If there is any chemical treatment or repair work that needs to be completed for us to give a clearance on the findings we reported, we provide you with a reasonable and competitive quote for the items listed in our report.
Competitive Bid Inspection
If you have already had another company inspect your property, we frequently offer this inspection at no charge. For this free inspection, we require a copy of the other company's report and bid. This requirement enables our inspector to agree or disagree with the findings from the other company. It is to "compare apples to apples". Our prices are extremely competitive and we do our best to give you the best price possible.

When drywood termites extend into inaccessible areas, we find it most ethical to recommend the only treatment proven to reach those areas. We understand that this is not always the most popular choice, but we refuse to mislead our clients with false promises. The gas used during the fumigation process (Vikane - Sulfuryl fluoride) is guaranteed to completely eliminate all drywood termites in the structure. It is a fact that the fumigant we use to eliminate drywood termites finds hidden colonies within a structure much more effectively that any single local method of treatment can. Given these proven facts, fumigation is our primary recommendation when drywood termites extend into inaccessible areas. Fumigations are guaranteed for two years.
Local Chemical Treatment
Another solution for eradicating drywood termites is a substandard local treatment option. The key for any successful local treatment is to locate the entire colony and then professionally administer licensed chemicals to penetrate these infested areas. As mentioned above, termites tend to exist in areas that are extremely difficult to locate, hence the “substandard” treatment label. There are a variety of local treatments industry wide, and the debate is ongoing on which treatments work most effectively. We use chemicals that are injected into the galleries created by drywood termites. The process involves drilling holes into the infected wall voids and/or framing with a goal of identifying the location of the infestation. Shortly after, the chemicals are pressure administered and exterminate the termites on contact. Again this process is only effective when the chemicals come in contact with the termites. Chemical treatments are guaranteed only for one year in the specific areas treated.
